Develop and implement a maintenance plan for the existing sidewalk network

Sidewalk mapping has been completed. Reconstruction on Mascoma Street and Evans Drive have contracts that have been awarded for 2024. These were completed. $100,000 in the 2025 budget were planned for repairs of existing sidewalks. These funds were transferred to the Capital Budget to offset the cost overruns for the Mechanic St. sidewalk project by the American Legion section to Slayton Hill Rd. That project does have an existing appropriation with grant funds.
