Current Status
A strategy for each road has been developed depending on the current PCI. This needs to be incorporated into the 10 year plan. 2025 – Strategies were incorporated into the 10 year plan

Maintain a minimum average PCI at 80 which allows us to be in preservation mode
In Progress
Current Status
This will need to be evaluated once paving is completed in 2024. 2025 – We have not been able to achieve a PCI of 80 due to lack of funding. More focus will be placed on maintenance work as allowed to stretch the life of roads. Chip sealing has been the main focus of this effort outside of downtown areas. Crack filling is also scheduled in 2025. This reduces the water damage on roads and can extend their useful life. A full assessment has not been completed since 2023. Our Street Scan Pavement Maintenance System indicates a slight decline since 2023 which is expected to continue with yearly deterioration accelerating
