Work with City Council, Boards and Commissions to develop a regulatory environment that reflects community's priorities, while allowing efficient consideration and permitting of projects.

Planning Board is currently reviewing application procedures. The goal is to clarify submission requirements and expectations for applicants that will yield complete applications, streamline process procedures and generate a higher level of regulatory certainty for the Board and Applicants. OpenGov adoption is underway. After substantial completion Building will work to generate and Document Standard Operating Procedure for the post-OpenGov adoption redefined permit process.
