Three potential development sites identified and approved by City Council in 2024, including parcels on Barrows Street, Hanover Street Extension, and Seminary Hill.

  • Barrows Street property authorized for development by Council in Feb. 2024;
  • Preliminary site plan and wetlands permits obtained August 2024; Preliminary site work and stabilization completed by Dec. 2024; Conditional Planning Board approval obtained Jan. 2025; Possible start of construction in mid-late 2025 with funding authorization.
  • 2025 update: InvestNH HIM grant $211,740 pending for project infrastructure.
  • Preliminary review of potential subdivision of Hanover Street Extension parcel and development of Seminary Hill parcel
