The Lebanon Emergency Winter Shelter served 53 unique individuals for a total of 658 bed-nights during the winter of 2023-2024.

The Haven broke ground on May 15, 2025, on new 20-bed year-round, low-barrier shelter in White River Junction. The City's temporary emergency winter shelter should operate for one more winter (2025-26) since The Haven's new shelter is not expected to be open for occupancy until Spring 2026.
