Seek funding for a weatherization/insulation, heat pump program for multi-unit housing.
Assemble a working group to develop a public information campaign to reduce the idling of internal combustion engines: "stop the idling, folks!"
5.5.3 Transition Lebanon Electricity Supply to renewable and local. Make cost-effective local renewable electricity available to Lebanon residents, organizations, and businesses. Seek ways to encourage ratepayers to opt up to greener power.
Key Performance Indicators
Make local or regional renewable electricity the cheapest and therefore default option for PCNH/CLP.
Encourage and measure the number of electric customers who have opted to choose greener power through CPNH.
5.5.4 Explore the feasibility of an EV carshare program in Lebanon with a particular focus on equity and environmental justice and seek community partners to implement.

Measure the number of carshare programs contacted and proposals received by potential implementers.
5.5.5 Support existing multi-unit housing developments to install EV charging stations.
