Current Status

Preparation of a recruitment plan that supports the values of diversity, equity and inclusion no later than end of 2025..This is an area we continue to struggle with. Finding volunteers to be on boards/committees/commissions remains challenging. We have not had great success in recruiting a diverse demographic on City boards.
