Partner with the Upper Valley Haven to operate a seasonal shelter for up to 15 unhoused individuals

Property purchased and renovated for shelter operations; Operational Agreement with the Haven to staff a seasonal shelter for up to 15 individuals. The Haven operated a seasonal shelter for up to 15 individuals from 1/25/24 until 4/16/24 and again from Januuary of 2025 through 4/15/25. Expect to reopen shelter in December 2025 for '25/26 winter season. The Haven is anticipated to complete its new low barrier shelter in Hartford VT. by the start of the 26/27 winter season. The plan is to transfer shelter operations to the facility in Hartford VT for the 26/27 season.
