City Manager to negotiate new collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) with the four unions with the goal of reaching an agreement by October 2024. 

Current Status

New CBAs were negotiated and agreed to at the end of 2024 which changes implemented. These agreements will be in effect until December of 2027
